Happy Spring! It’s been a crazy year!!!
It’s been a while and I know I’ve had visitors since my last post. I apologize for not posting in so long. Life has a tendency to take over some times and I have certainly gone along with that flow even though I probably should have taken a little more control! My master’s program has been royally kicking my butt and I am happy to say that I am seven weeks from graduating with a MA in Human Services Counseling with a focus on how public policy can help children and families in crisis. I have a passion for kids in crisis so this has been a wonderful and really difficult experience for me as the degree program has really challenged me to go deep and has brought up some really tough stuff that I never really worked through. This is called shadow work in more eclectic circles and while it has been a painful and frustrating process, it has ultimately worked out to my benefit and hopefully will benefit my future clients as we traverse the highways and byways of healing, intentional living, letting go, and goal setting. I have also enrolled in an official life coaching certification that is pretty intense and will certify me with the International Coaching Federation. Currently, one does not need a certification to be a life coach, at least not in PA, but I always see benefit to learning in both formal and informal ways. Life experience teaches us a lot- education can help us hone skills to help others through those experiences. The initial certification should be complete by the end of November so I will be looking for clients in the new year! More on that, obviously, when I am closer to completion. I am rededicating myself to this site and that means I am rededicating myself to all of you who follow me. I will be pulling cards and offering readings as well as filling you in on in person events now that our world is opening up more and more. I hope and pray this continues, however, if we wind up back in seclusion, please know I will ensure a safe and private online space for us to meet. In our quest for physiological safety we have sacrificed mental health and it is my desire to help offset any negative outcomes if we find ourselves in isolation again. Remember, beautiful people, you are not alone.
My final bit of news is that I will be participating in a very cool ongoing event at the Leesport Farmer’s Market in Leesport, PA. Jupiter Rising Tarot (me!) is a prime vendor at the Holistic Market Days beginning the first Saturday in May (May 1, 2021) and every first Saturday until November (November 6, 2021). I am excited to offer tarot and oracle readings as well as pendulum dowsing. Readings will be a $30 base cost for a four card reading with $5 per card above that. Pendulum dowsing will consist of single yes and no life path questions. Each question will be $1. NO MEDICAL OR LOTTERY questions. ALL questions must be asked aloud. The energetic connection between myself and the client is imperative to the success of the reading and vulnerability is a big part of that equation, so asking life path questions is more conducive to fun and fulfilling experience. I will also be offering life coaching sessions at a discounted cost if booked at the events. These sessions will not occur during the Holistic Market Days but we can set up the details there. I will also be offering intention setting consultations and selling intentional crystal infused oils, herbal salts, and candles. I will post my price list the week of each Market as well as at the event itself. Of course, feel free to reach out ahead of any event to book an appointment or to pre-order herbal salts and oils!
