Welcome to the reveal!
#1- Sacred Space-
If you chose number #1 this card is telling you to go inside yourself and harness the strength and power that you have within. So many of us have our sacred spaces- churches, parks, gardens, corners of our homes, bedrooms… and we often go to these places to find a sense of peace that we can’t seem to find anywhere else. Our private spaces and gardens we decorate to perfectly create the peaceful environment we long for. In Nature, we see the resplendent glory of God’s creation and bask in the power of the peace we find there. This card isn’t telling us to stop going to these places or to ignore them. What it IS asking you is to take a moment, no matter where you are or what you’re doing, and seek the peace you find in the stillness that is within you. Remember, we are created beings and the inherent Peace that comes with the relationship we have with creation can be found deep within the well of ourselves. Hold space with yourself there, listen to the sound of your body as it thrives and lives. Be still and be at peace with the wonder that is you.
#2- Action-
If you chose number #2 you are to stop holding yourself back with the what ifs or what could happens and take action even if you feel fear. Hesitation can be just as dangerous and toxic to your well being as jumping headlong into the unknown. In this case, the risk of the unknown is better than what you know for sure. The text of the card says that nothing can hold you back…. nothing, that is, except yourself. Take action. Do what it is that your instinct is telling you to do. Sure, you may fail but you will never succeed if you don’t take action at all. I love that it tells you that movement creates the magic. This is exactly true. You can wish, pray, study, create a grid, cast a spell, whatever it is that you do… if you don’t take action, then nothing will happen, and all the wishing in the world is rendered meaningless. Taking action always implies risk and this may frighten you. Imagine what your life could be a like a year from now in a best case scenario and compare it to what your life is like now. Only you can decide. I say- go for it.
#3- Quest
If you chose number #3 you are, again, to take action. This card takes it a step forward and asks you to be bold. Be. Bold. Perhaps there is an adventure awaiting that requires you to make a decision. Maybe there is much needed change right around the corner. The problem is that if you aren’t bold, life will just continue to happen to you. Sure, there can be a sort of cold comfort in hiding behind the curtain of what is instead of taking on what could be. Sure, it certainly feels safe to maintain the status quo. This card, though, is telling that the status quo isn’t cutting it anymore and it’s time to be brave. There is never a guarantee in this life, however, this card reassures you that good luck favors the brave and that mighty forces will uphold your boldness. This is powerful. It’s ok to be afraid- feel the fear but also be brave in spite of it. Good things are on the path ahead if only you’d be bold and take the action toward a better place for yourself. Who knows the doors that may open if only you’d be brave, be bold.
